MERRY CHRISTMAS BUDDIES!!!

I know you are all probably tired of squirrels, but I had to post this set -- just taken today. I had 12 great shots taken when the SUN was shining on their fur, and deleted them ALL by accident! It was a great set, too........ Grrrrr... 
I couldn't resist posting these though...this one came back to the stump and cooperated quite nicely for some re-takes......  Merry Christmas to ALL MY FOTOPAGES FRIENDS!!!

We've only gotten a dusting of snow so far this winter, and its already the 8th of December. The weatherman says we might have a chance for a bit next week.....
These shots are from the "archive" from last winter when we had the tremendous ice storm here in South Dakota....

MY BUDDIES SETTLE IN...

My buddies are settling in for winter....they know where the corn is. I didn't think they'd be around this year because I hardly saw them at all this summer. Glad they're back!!!

THE BIG ROCKS...

One can be hypnotized by the rock formations in Joshua Tree National Park. CA. Everywhere one walks or drives, the formations take on eery and fantastic shapes....particularly toward sunset. See if you can see any.....
